Office Manager Transition: Wishing Angela a Happy Retirement

At E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers, the relationships we build with our valued clients are at the heart of everything we do. Today, we have some important and bittersweet news to share about a transition in our team.

After more than 47 years of dedicated service, our Office Manager, Angela de Haan, will be retiring on November 15, 2024. Angela has been a cornerstone of our office, guiding clients through the complexities of the insurance world with professionalism, grace, and heartfelt care. Her tireless dedication to our clients has made her an invaluable part of our community, and she will be truly missed.

As we prepare to say goodbye to Angela, we are happy to introduce Carla Heaps, who will be stepping into the role of Office Manager. Carla comes to us with over a decade of experience in social services and, more recently, as a life benefits advisor and Office Manager in the insurance industry for the last 18 years. Her wealth of experience and passion for exceptional client service make her a perfect fit for our team.

We are confident that Carla will carry forward the high standards of care and professionalism you have come to expect from us. We are excited to see her contribute to the continued success of E. Bollenbach Insurance Brokers.

As part of this transition, please note that our office email address will change from angie@bollenbachinsurance.com to carla@bollenbachinsurance.com, effective November 1, 2024, However, our office phone number will remain the same.

We hope you’ll join us in celebrating Angela’s well-earned retirement and in welcoming Carla to the E. Bollenbach family! We look forward to continuing to serve you with the same commitment and personalized care in this new chapter.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.
